A private demonstration channel. Each historical note identifies its source. The exported version deliberately substitutes a different, public-facing account. This is not an official Taylor Wessing publication.

01 / THE ARCHIVAL RECORD

Kalliope identifies Ruediger von der Goltz (1894-1976) as a lawyer and NSDAP politician, and records his Reichstag membership from 1936.

02 / THE PREDECESSOR CONNECTION

The firm's own timeline names the practice founded by Dr. Ruediger Graf von der Goltz and dates Kurt Wessing joining it to 1957. Wikipedia gives 1954. The sources disagree on the year; both name the predecessor.

03 / HISTORICAL CONTEXT: PARAGRAPH 175

In 1935, the Nazi regime broadened and intensified Paragraph 175, a law criminalising sexual relations between men. The US Holocaust Memorial Museum describes its role in persecution. This contextual source does not establish that von der Goltz authored the amendment.
